Institution rate applies to people working at same Institution/University/Company. If you wish to register at the Institution rate; please fill in the registration form once with the primary contact name for the institution. 

The remote/virtual conference registration presents an affordable alternative to the in-person registration. The virtual conference experience provides remote access to live-streamed sessions and virtual access to vendor exhibits. See chart at right for a comparison of conference experiences.

Terms and conditions

Preamble

These terms and conditions regulate the relationship between the IACEE 2022 Conference organizers (University at Buffalo, IACEE) and the attendees of the conference. By registering to the IACEE 2022 Conference you consent to the following terms and conditions.

§ 1 Prices and conditions

IACEE 2022 ticket prices include participation in the conference. Tickets include participation based on your registration selection. For individuals attending in-person, this includes all sessions, meals and transportation to and from the conference venues and the hotel, tours, and off-site events, with the exception of the Arrowhead Springs Vineyard event on Friday afternoon from June 6-10, 2022.

§ 2 Cancellation Policy

  • Until May 9, 2022: Refund is given with no cancellation fee. Cancellations must be in writing. 

  • From May 10, 2022 until May 20, 2022 there will be a cancellation fee of $100 USD.

  • Beginning May 21, 2022, no refunds will be given for cancellations.

  • You are responsible for cancellation of travel and hotel reservations if you do not attend the event.

§ 3 Recordings

You consent to IACEE 2022 Organizer making recordings of you by any means including without limitation, electronic recording, film, and photography without compensation of any kind to you. You also consent to the IACEE 2022 Organizer the right of use of such recordings regarding all IACEE-related matters and all possible manner of distribution, such as but not limited to publishing on the webpage of IACEE and IACEE 2022 Organizer.

§ 4 Liability

The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. The IACEE 2022 Organizer cannot accept any responsibility or liability for injuries or losses sustained as a result of any cancellations, accidents, illness or other occurrences that may arise in connection with the conference or its evening events. Participants are advised to organize appropriate travel and health insurance themselves.

§ 5 Force Majeure

In the event that the IACEE 2022 Organizer is prevented from carrying out its obligation as a result of any cause beyond its control, such as but not limited to acts of war, acts of terrorism, disease or pandemic, airline flight cancellations, strikes, flood and failure of third parties to deliver goods or services, organizer shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities for as long as fulfillment is prevented.
